Shipping and Returns

Natura, Inc. will refund 100% of the purchase price of any Natura, Inc product within 30 days of receipt of the package by the purchaser if not satisfied with the product. Refund will be issued upon return of the package. No refund will be issued after the 30 day period. Weekends and holidays are not calculated as part of the 30 day period.

Natura, Inc will replace free of charge any product that has been damaged in shipping. To qualify for a replacement, Natura,Inc must be notified of damaged shipment within 7 days of receipt of shipment. After the 7 day period any notification and replacement shall be handled at the sole discretion of Natura, Inc.

Orders received before 1:00 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm or when offices are closed, will be shipped the next business day.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via UPS ground. Most arrive in 4 to 7 working days.
